This week we had the full moon in Aquarius- which brings the spotlight on humanity as well as issues that impact the collective. Aquarius is community, friendships, technology, intellect, and the future. It’s also known for its eccentric and creative streak, so you may even notice yourself pushing the envelope this week!
If you’re looking to make a big change in your life, make sure you get very clear about what you want & need in order to make it happen. A neat little exercise I like to use to help bring about change & wants is a great little visualization technique!
I imagine 3 different circumstances in which what I desire manifests into my life.
Now, don't worry about how it will come, just focus on imagining it in your life now.. What it looks like in your life if you had that change or thing, who is with you, what do you look like, feel how it feels to have this change or thing in your life!
Do this 3 times, with 3 different visuals of it coming into your life. Then, send the visualization and feeling down through your body, through the souls of your feet and send it down to the Earth. Letting it go completely so that it can return to you in full!!
