Boundary: discernment, self-respect, the ability to say yes, and no with equal conviction.

Keeper: Guardian, steward, protector of knowledge, hearth, medicine, stories, land, self.

Foxglove carries both the ability to heal and harm and has been used for centuries by female healers whose practices were driven underground by the witch hunts but remain today.
