This 4 week art workshop offers 2 options - Choose Your Own Art Journey!

Self Directed Art Project: You come to the studio with the project and supplies that you would like to work on and I will provide guidance, feedback and support on the tools & techniques needed to make your art work. Plus you get to enjoy the community of your fellow makers!
At the beginning of each 4 week session you will create a detailed plan to map out your art project of choice (worksheet provided). Once you have planned your project you will bring your own supplies specific for that.
- Guided Art Project: You just bring yourself to the studio and I will take you through a different art project each month, all supplies provided. April's Guided Art Project is Linocut Printmaking! Each evening we will explore the tools and techniques required for this fun & satisfying print making style.
Our grandmas sat down and did needlepoint, knitting and quilting together for a reason! Creativity and community are good for the soul.
The Create Workshop gives you the space, time and support to make art, and is more about togetherness and process than the the end product. It’s bookclub without the books or homework!
The studio is intended to foster creativity and encourage experimentation in an atmosphere of exchange, conversation and freedom of expression. No need to set up on your dining room table alone. Instead, join the company of fellow makers and dive into the art project that has been brewing in your brain.
- Whether you're an experienced artist looking for inspiration or a beginner eager for guidance, this workshop is the perfect place.
Everyone 16+ is welcome.
