Studio Art Class for Teens Grade 6+ Winter 2022

This class is for creative teens in Grades 6 and up, of all abilities, who wish to have fun develop their artistic knowledge and skills.

Over the 10 sessions students will be guided, step by step, through a series of fun drawing and painting projects designed to strengthen skills and encourage exploration. We will also be talking a little bit about how the projects and techniques relate to the work of famous artists and the world of art.

Examples of projects students will be able to explore are: acrylic painting, charcoal/pastel drawing and collage. The sky is the limit and I will work with students to make sure they are having fun and engaged in their projects.

Youth in Grades 6-12 welcome!
