Join me on a 4 week long creative journey painting an Alpine Meadow Boardwalk.

Wednesdays, February 10, 17, 24 and March 3.

6-7:30PM Pacific Time

10yrs+ youth and adults welcome. You don't have to have any painting experience or,  you can absolutely have painted before. All you need is to be interested! 

This 4 week course will take you through the steps of how to create a 12"x12" acrylic painting on wood of an alpine meadow boardwalk. The photo we will be working from was taken by me in Taylor Meadows, Garibaldi Provincial Park. You will learn about acrylic paint, drawing, composition, layering, mark-making and many more juicy art tidbits.

There are 12 spots available and there will be time allotted for each student to share, ask questions, and receive individual feedback, ideas and encouragement from myself and their fellow painters. We will also look at artwork by other artists to reflect back on the work we are doing in this class. Each student will need their own computer or tablet and access to Zoom. 

A reference photo (to be printed by you in colour) and a supply list will be e-mailed out upon registration. All supplies needed for the course are available online at Opus or your local art supply store. Opus online orders can either be shipped to you or picked up in store. If you already have some of the supplies, or something similar then that is great, you can use what you have. If you are not sure just send me an e-mail, I am happy to help you sort that out.

After the course you will have paint left-over for future projects and of course you can re-use the brushes again and again.

If you require shipping outside of this area - upon purchase I will contact you with specific shipping rates for your painting to your location. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Heidi The Artist ships Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on statutory holidays.

Pre-Order Items will ship within the time frame stated on the product page.

Once an order has left the Heidi The Artist studio, it is the responsibility of the postal service/customs.

The estimated delivery time for orders within North America is 5-9 business days after shipment. Orders shipped to the rest of the world are estimated to arrive 7-14 days after shipment.

Our pieces fit true to size.
Whatever you normally reach for is what you will most likely be.

XS = 0
S = 2/4
M = 6/8
L = 10/12
XL = 14/16

*PLEASE NOTE the leggings shrink a little in the printing processes so while each pant is cut the same, the printed leggings will fit a little bit more snug than the plain leggings.  All printed leggings are compression fit and will relax to your body over time, but will not bag out.

*Sweatshirts are unisex so you may want to go down a size. I normally wear a medium in tops and like a small in the sweatshirt
